How to use:
1. Wear the portable cervical retractor according to the correct method. The beginner can wear it according to the mirror, adjust the size of the neck circumference, and fix the front, upper and middle two Velcros, so as to be suitable for people with different neck circumferences.
2. Please tighten the air release nut before inflating the air ball.
3. Inflate with an inflatable ball until the patient feels the strength is appropriate and the symptoms are relieved.
4. Traction and fixation treatment should be performed at least 2-3 times a day for at least 30 minutes each time.
5. After use, loosen the air release nut and release air slowly.
Precautions:
1. Try to relax the neck as much as possible during treatment, and slowly add air pressure to enhance the traction effect.
2. When inflating, it should be done gradually and not too violently. When abnormal reactions such as dizziness occur during traction therapy, it should be slowly deflated until the undesired symptoms disappear, and then readjust and use.
