Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lumu.pk, we strive to get your favorite products to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible. Because we host both our own curated inventory and products from independent sellers, delivery times may vary.

1. Shipping Timelines

We categorize our shipments into two types to give you a better estimate of when your package will arrive:

  • Lumu Direct (Products owned by Lumu): These items are dispatched directly from our warehouse. You can expect delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • Marketplace Sellers: These items are shipped directly by our verified third-party sellers. These orders are typically delivered within 5 business days.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking ID once the item is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location.

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,000!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. If your order contains items from both Lumu and a third-party seller, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

6. Payments & Payment Methods

We offer a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and Mobile Wallets.

  • To maintain security and ensure the successful delivery of high-value items, the following policy applies to large orders:
  • COD Limit: Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 50,000.
  • High-Value Orders: If your order total exceeds Rs. 50,000, it cannot be processed as a standard COD shipment.
  • Processing Your Order: To proceed with an order above this threshold, you may:
  • Make an advance payment via Inter-Bank Funds Transfer (IBFT). Please contact our support team for bank details and verification.
  • Place a new order using our secure online Card Payment or Mobile Wallet options at checkout.

Note: Orders exceeding Rs. 50,000 placed under the COD option will remain on "Hold" status until payment is verified through one of the methods mentioned above.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all major cities in Pakistan. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may occasionally take an additional 1–2 business days beyond the standard timeline.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful after multiple tries due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to us/the seller. Our customer support team will reach out to you to coordinate a re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
