Welcome to Lumu.pk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumu.pk website and our mobile applications for Android and iOS (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

  • Data Consistency: Lumu.pk uses a unified database. Your account credentials and data are synced across the website and mobile apps.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

2. Use of the Platform

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal shopping.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

    • Upload fraudulent information or "spam" listings.

    • Attempt to scrape data or reverse-engineer the mobile apps.

    • Violate any local laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

3. Buying and Selling

  • Product Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, Lumu.pk does not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free.

  • Contract of Sale: For marketplace items, the contract of sale is strictly between the Buyer and the Seller. Lumu.pk acts as the facilitator.

  • Payments: We support various payment methods (COD, Credit/Debit cards, EasyPaisa/JazzCash). All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4. Privacy and Data

  • Unified Profile: Because our website and apps share the same data architecture, your preferences, cart, and history will follow you across devices.

  • Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which details how we handle user data in compliance with Pakistani data regulations.

5. Returns and Refunds
