Introduction
Biryani Gravy Masala is a complete wet base containing caramelized onions and whole spices for authentic Degi flavor. You just need oil, meat, yogurt, and rice. 100% natural. Stored in oil like 'achaar'.
Simple 5-Steps Use
(For 2.5 kg RICE + MEAT (400g)
Step 1 - Fry it
Fry 1.25 kg meat in oil.
Step 2 - Mix These
Add 1 cup yogurt and full jar of Biryani Gravy Masala.
Step 3 - Add Water
Add water as needed and cook the meat upto 80%
Step 4 - Boil it
Boil 1.25 kg basmati rice separately with 4 tbsp salt, upto 80%.
Step 5 - Cook it
Spread the boiled rice over cooked meat and steam on low heat.

Precautions
- Don't put Biryani gravy masala directly into oil. Otherwise, the Biryani will turn blackish.
